Team Brain

The knowledge layer of business,
read by your team’s AI

What’s true about your business, how your team works and what’s allowed, in one shared place.

Every chat, Skill, Workflow and Agent reads it first, so nobody explains the brand again. We build it in the storage you already use, set up how it learns from new work, and train the people who keep it current.

Your AI doesn’t
know your business. Yet.

Every chat starts without your products, your customers or your rules. So your team supplies them, again and again.

  • The brand, explained in every chat

Someone pastes the brand guide, the product sheet and the claims rules before each task.

  • Twelve people, twelve private prompts

Each person has their own way of asking, so the same job comes back different every time.

  • Knowledge that leaves with people

What one person knows about a market or a channel goes when they go.

  • Builds that break when a fact changes

A new price or a new claim rule means finding every Skill and prompt that repeats the old one.

One layer under
all your team’s AI

Your team keeps working where it does today. The brain sits underneath, fed from the places your knowledge already lives.

The Team Brain sits between where your team works (AI chats, Skills, Workflows and Agents) and where its knowledge comes from (your storage, systems, work and people). Every chat opens the Brain map first, and what the team learns is written back in.

Your team’s knowledge,
in one place

You keep six things, yours from the day it goes live.

  • The shared pages

Your voice, products, audiences, markets, claims by market, glossary, best examples and each function’s playbook. Written from what you already have; gaps are marked, not filled. A Brain map says which page serves which task.

  • The working rules

One page: what AI may do on its own, what needs a person’s yes, and what’s off-limits. Your rules, drafted with you.

  • A place for the work

Campaigns, the calendar and targets, and each function’s reports, tests and drafts. Set up so each team sees what it should.

  • AI that opens it first

Your team’s AI chats open the Brain map before they answer a question about your business. Nobody pastes the context in.

  • One home for your builds

Skills and Agents you buy, or build yourselves, install from one place and read the same pages. Skills and Workflows you already have are moved onto it.

  • Trained owners

Your AI Ambassador, and up to six function leads and page owners, trained to keep it current.

It gets better
from your team’s work.

When a task shows something new, it’s logged. Each week your function leads check what it means, and what holds is written into the pages. A single result never becomes a rule by accident.

Built from what
you already know

We do the building. Your team brings what it already has written down, and the final say on what the pages say.

  1. 01

We find where your knowledge lives

In Brain Scoping, we check what’s written down, where it lives and who re-explains it. If it’s already in one shared place and kept current, we tell you before we build.

    From your team

Share the brand guide, product sheets, playbooks and past work you have.

  2. 02

    We write it down

We write the pages from what you have, in plain text, and mark the gaps instead of filling them.

    From your team

    Function leads check their pages.

  3. 03

We connect your team’s AI to it

We set it up in the storage you already use, so your team’s AI opens the Brain map first. Skills and Workflows you already have are moved onto it.

    From your team

    Confirm who should see what.

  4. 04

We test it and train the owners

We run real tasks against it, then train your AI Ambassador, function leads and page owners.

    From your team

Name your AI Ambassador and function leads.

A few questions
you may have

Does it give back hours?

Not on its own, and we don’t pretend it does. It has no payback number. We recommend it when we find the same knowledge being re-explained across your team, and we name the builds that would break without it.

Are Skills included?

No. Each Skill is its own purchase, held to its own payback test. The brain is what they read. Skills you already have are moved onto it as part of the build.

Explore Skills
Do we need it before Skills, Workflows or Agents?

No. Each can be bought on its own, with a short context page of its own. The brain makes sense when many builds and people need the same knowledge.

Where does it live?

In the storage you already use, such as Notion, Google Drive or SharePoint. It’s plain pages, so it survives a change of AI tool.

Do you write our brand guidelines?

No. We write down what exists and mark what’s missing. Writing guidelines or positioning from scratch isn’t part of the brain.

Which plan do we need?

A Claude Team or Enterprise plan, or ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. If you’re on individual plans, we show what the upgrade costs before you commit.

Who owns it?

You do, from the day it goes live.

What does your team’s AI
need to know?

Bring the thing your team explains again and again to a free, 30-minute Discovery Call. We’ll look at whether a Team Brain fits. If it does, your proposal follows within one working day.
