For teams with the seats
and no plan

An audit is the place to start when you can see the problem but not yet the answer.

  • The seats are bought

Everyone has ChatGPT or Claude. Use is patchy, and nobody can say what it is worth.

  • 12 people, 12 prompts

Each person works their own way, so the results change from person to person.

  • Too many ideas, no order

Agents, automations, a Team Brain: you need to know which to build first, and which not at all.

  • The CEO wants proof

You need numbers you can defend upward, not a list of things AI could do.

  • Execution fills the week

The team is busy with repeated work, and strategy keeps waiting.

  • You’re weighing up a hire

Before you hire for AI, see what the work actually is and where it sits.

We start from how
your week actually goes

Most of the work is ours. Your team gives us 45 minutes each and an honest picture of its week.

  1. 01

We agree the frame with you

A kick-off with you, then a 20-minute briefing you give the team, with us there. The frame is simple: built to 10x your team, with AI working for it.

    From your team

You lead the briefing, so the team hears it from you.

  2. 02

    We interview your team

Each person first answers five short questions, including the job they repeat most and where they already think AI could help. Then a 45-minute interview by video call.

    From your team

45 minutes from each person, and honest answers.

  3. 03

    You check the picture

We bring back where the hours go, by person and by task. You sign it off and call out anything that is not right. That is what makes the numbers hold up in front of your CEO or CFO.

    From your team

60 to 90 minutes from you.

  4. 04

    We present the plan

The ranked list, the value of each item, what not to change and a fixed-price 90-day plan. Invite your CEO if you like.

    From your team

Your decision on what comes next.

A report and a plan
you can act on

Written for you, and ready to take to your CEO.

Ready to show your CEO.

We only recommend what pays for itself within six months. If nothing does, we say so.

Inside the report

  • Where your team’s hours go, by person and by task, signed off by you
  • Where each part of your team sits today: assistants, automations, agents
  • Which agent to build first, or why none yet
  • The jobs worth changing, ranked, each with its level and its build
  • What not to change, and why
  • What the freed-up hours are worth, at your own rates
  • Work your team cannot do today, estimated and labelled as an estimate
  • The licence costs you would carry yourself
  • A context check: where your brand voice, product details and briefs live, and what is missing
  • A fixed price for each build, set out as a 90-day plan
  • The one person we recommend as your AI Ambassador
  • The access each build would need

We map your hours first.
Then what they’re worth.

Each job on the list is judged on its own, against your own numbers.

  • Work that gives hours back

Recommended only if the hours it frees, at what your team’s time costs, pay for it within six months.

  • Work your team can’t do today

There are no hours to count, so we size the likely business effect from your own baseline. Always an estimate, with the reasoning written out so you can challenge it.

  • The Team Brain

It gives back no hours of its own, and we don’t pretend it does. We recommend it only when the same knowledge is explained again and again, and we name the builds that would fail without it.

We tell you what not to change. Some work should stay exactly as it is.

A little of your time

  • We build nothing

The audit finds and plans. Building comes after, only if you want it.

  • It needs honesty

If your team won’t talk openly to an outsider, this doesn’t work. We’d rather say so now.

  • You sign off the picture

About four hours of your time in all, including the parts that are unflattering. That is what makes it useful.

  • The report is yours

Act on it with us, with your own people or with someone else.

Yours to act on,
with us or without us

The build price is inside the report, so you’re not waiting on a second proposal. Nothing on the list has to be bought from us.

A few questions
you may have

Do we need an audit before a build?

No. We usually recommend one, but if you know the job you want built, you can start there. Each build starts with its own scoping instead.

See what we build
Can we audit part of the team?

Yes. A smaller audit uses the same method with fewer people, such as your performance or email team.

How do you get honest answers?

By making clear what it is for. The audit looks for work to take off people’s plates, so they have more time for the work only they can do. You give the briefing, and each person starts from their own list.

Do you need access to our systems?

No. We work from the interviews and what your team shows us. Access is only needed later, for a build, and the report says what each one would need.

What if nothing is worth building?

Then we say so. A job that doesn’t pay for itself stays off the plan, marked “not this, not yet”.

How is it priced?

By the number of people we interview. You get the figure in writing within one working day of our first call, fixed once you sign.

What happens to the report if we don’t build with you?

It’s yours. It stands on its own, so you can take it to your own team or to another provider.
