Everyone has AI.
Very few have a system that works.

  • The pilot went quiet

It worked in the demo. A month later, nobody opens it.

  • It sits beside your tools

It never connected to your CRM, drive or ad accounts, so someone still copies the results across.

  • Everyone prompts their own way

Results change from person to person, and a good method stays with whoever found it.

  • Nobody has time to build it

Your team knows which jobs to fix. The day-to-day work comes first, every week.

  • Nobody keeps it working

Tools change, a connection breaks without warning, and the build falls behind your work.

Every step is
one of three things

Before we build anything, we split the job into its steps. Each step is one of three, and that decides what we build.

Three kinds of step

Sorted for every job, step by step.

  1. 01A fixed step, the same every time. Your tools run it on their own.Runs itself
  2. 02A step that needs judgement. AI prepares it for a person to check.AI prepares
  3. 03A call that matters. A person makes it, with the evidence ready. You decide

When another tool would serve you better, we tell you why and what it costs. You decide, and you pay the vendor directly.

Four levels of AI
One for each kind of work

Each build sits on one level, by how much it does on its own. Start with what makes a difference.

Team Brain

The foundational knowledge layer for your AI agents

Your AI doesn't know your business. Every chat starts without your products, your customers or your rules.

The Team Brain is the library and the source of truth for your AI agents. Skills, Workflows and Agents built on top of it start from what your team already knows.

Built around
your real work

We learn the job before we build anything. Then we build it in your tools, test it with your people and keep it working.

  1. 01

We learn how the job is done

We talk to the people who do it and map the steps, waits and decisions.

  2. 02

    We agree the limits

Which tool fits, what AI may read and change, and where a person approves.

  3. 03

We build it and test it on real work

In your tools, with the people who will use it, until its owner signs it off.

  4. 04

    We train the owner

Your owner learns to run and update it. With ongoing support, we keep improving it.

Everything it needs
to keep it working

Every build comes with the same things, yours from the day it goes live.

  • The build, in your accounts

Running in your own tools, under your own plan. Nothing depends on us to keep existing.

  • Written limits

What it may read, what it may change, and where a person says yes before anything goes out.

  • The context it needs

A short page on your brand, products and audience, or the Team Brain pages it reads.

  • Tested on your real work

Run on real examples until the job’s owner signs it off.

  • A trained owner

Training for the owner and your AI Ambassador: running it, checking the result and keeping it current.

  • Yours outright

The instructions, files and automations we write for it belong to you.

Your team keeps
the judgement

Nothing goes out without a yes. Every build asks before it publishes, sends anything outside your company, or changes your CRM, ad account, product catalogue or website.

A few questions
you may have

Do we need an audit first?

No. We usually recommend one, because it shows which jobs are worth building. If you already know the job, start there.

Explore the audit
Is AI System Design a package?

No. It is the name for the build stage. Each Skill, Workflow, Agent, Agent Team and Team Brain is priced and bought on its own, in any order.

Do we need a Team Brain?

No. It makes sense when many builds and people need the same knowledge. Without one, each build gets a short page on your brand, products and audience.

Explore Team Brain
Which plan do we need?

Builds in Claude need a Claude Team or Enterprise plan; in ChatGPT, a Business or Enterprise plan. If you’re not on one, we show what the upgrade costs.

Do you write software?

No. We build with what your tools give us, without custom code wherever they allow it. If a small code step is ever the only way, we say so first. Connecting your existing tools to each other is most of what we do.

How long does it take?

Live in weeks, not a year-long programme. Your proposal dates each build.

How is it priced?

Itemised per build in your proposal. A build goes on your list only if it pays for itself within six months at your own rates. If none does, we say so.
