Automate your team’s repeatable

Your method,
ready for the team

You keep four things, yours from the day it goes live.

  • The instructions

Your method, checks and limits, written for the job. Supporting examples where they help.

  • The context

One short page on your brand, products and audience, so the Skill knows what your team knows. If you have a Team Brain, we check the pages it reads instead.

  • The tested Skill

Tried on your real work and approved by the job’s owner, then set up for everyone who runs it.

  • Trained owners

Training for the skill owner and your AI Ambassador: running it, checking the result and keeping the instructions current.

Built around
your real work

We do the building. Your team brings how the job is done today, what the Skill needs to know, and the final say on the result.

  1. 01

We agree what good looks like

We scope the job with its owner: the source material, the steps, the checks and the result.

    From your team

Bring the way you do the job and examples of good work.

  2. 02

We write your method into the Skill

We write the instructions and set up the context, with clear limits on what the skill may do.

    From your team

Help us resolve gaps in the existing method or guidance.

  3. 03

We test it on your real work

We run it on real examples. The job’s owner tells us what works, and we adjust the instructions.

    From your team

Judge whether the result is useful for the job.

  4. 04

We install it and train the owner

We install the skill for its users and train its owner and your AI Ambassador.

    From your team

Name who owns the job and who keeps the instructions current.

Your team keeps
the judgement

Nothing goes out without a yes. The skill asks before it publishes, sends anything outside your company, or changes your CRM, ad account, product catalogue, website or an existing sheet.

From each Skill’s delivery, at no cost.

  • Ongoing support

Your team owns the Skill from go-live. After the 15 days, changes and new steps, tools or outputs come under the Fractional AI Operator.

A few questions
you may have

Do we need an audit first?

No. If you know the job you want to improve, you can start with a Skill. We work out the detail together at the start of the build.

Do we need a Team Brain?

No. Without one, we write a short page on your brand, products and audience for the Skill to read. A Team Brain is bought separately. It makes sense when many Skills and people need the same shared knowledge.

We already use ChatGPT or Claude. Why do we need a Skill?

Because a chat starts from scratch each time. A Skill holds your steps, checks and examples, so everyone on the team gets the same first pass, not whatever that day’s prompt produced.

Can we use our existing tools?

Yes, when they do the job well. We confirm the tool, plan and permissions needed before you commit. If another tool would serve you better, we explain why and show its licence cost. You decide and pay the vendor directly.

When would we need a Workflow instead?

A Skill does one job inside one AI assistant, using the tools it connects to, and it can run on a schedule. When the work has to pass from tool to tool, or between AI providers, with nobody starting each step, that’s a Workflow. If someone must approve halfway, two Skills often do it: the approver starts the second one.

Explore Workflows
How do we judge whether the job is worth improving?

By the hours it gives back. We check whether those hours, at what your team’s time costs, pay for the Skill within six months. With no audit, we check this in Skill Scoping, after signing, and tell you if it falls short. For work your team doesn’t do today, we judge the likely business effect instead. These are estimates, not promises.

Who owns the Skill?

You do, from the day it goes live.

Which job would you like
off your team’s plate?

Bring one repeated job to a free, 30-minute Discovery Call. We’ll look at whether a Skill fits it. If it does, your proposal follows within one working day.
